I have worked at Kilby for 2 years, before that I traveled the world as a mechanical service technician, servicing and building large complex machine tools. My degree is in Sociology/ Criminal Justice from Niagara University. I have a Masters in Early Child Hood/Child Hood Education from Niagara University as well.
The thing that I like most about working at Kilby is working with such a diverse and exciting population of students helping them recognize their potential. Also, the most important thing for parents and students to remember is that they are building their future.
In the future I plan to ready young students for 6th grade by holding them accountable for their individual school performance, and placing a large emphasis on reading.
